Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

Orders will take 1-3 business days to fulfill, given that everything in your order is in stock. If you order an out of stock item(s) then your order will be fulfilled once all items have been restocked.

Once order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (provided you choose a tracked delivery option) by email so you can track your purchase and track when you can expect delivery.

Our shipping times are estimates and it may take less or more time. Packages are dropped off by hand to our shipping provider and from that point on, the shipment is out of our hands and control.

We use Canada post or UPS for shipping. During a Canada post strike, we will use UPS or Purolator.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Shipping Promotions

We offer promotions on shipping within Ontario that may be subject to change. Refer to the home page and or announcement bar at the top of the page for the most up to date shipping promotions.

US Shipping

Whats Good World is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes or delays for US orders. Any and all fees are the responsibility of the customer. Whats Good World cannot issue refunds if the customer refuses to cover all the customs fees of their order and the box is returned.

It is possible that a delay in your delivery could occur due to customs.
