The Whats Good Video Review Program allows customers to receive a $45 Whats Good store gift card in exchange for creating and posting a short video review of a Whats Good product. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be customers who have purchased a Whats Good product.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• The program is open to customers located in Canada and the United States.
• Each customer may participate only once.

Whats Good reserves the right to verify purchase history before approving a submission.

2. Video Content Requirements

To qualify for the reward, the video must meet the following requirements:

• The video must be between 12 and 90 seconds in length.
• The participant must personally appear in the video.
• The video must contain a genuine review of a Whats Good product.
• The product being reviewed must be clearly shown or mentioned.
• The video must be original content created by the participant.

Videos that contain offensive, misleading, inappropriate, copyrighted, or unrelated material will not be accepted.

Whats Good reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet reasonable quality standards.

3. Social Media Posting Requirements

To qualify for the program, the video must be posted publicly on the participant’s personal Instagram or TikTok account.

The post must:

• Tag @whatsgood.world
• Add @whatsgood.world as a collaborator (Instagram Collab feature when applicable)
• Be posted on a public account
• Remain publicly visible for a minimum of 30 days

Participants must submit the link to the social media post through the submission form on the Whats Good website.

If a post is deleted, archived, or made private before verification is completed, the submission may be disqualified.

4. Video File Submission

Participants must provide Whats Good with a direct copy of the original video file used in their social media post.

• The video file must be uploaded through the designated submission form. 
• When possible, the video should be submitted without platform watermarks.
• Submission of the video file is required in order to receive the reward.

By submitting the video file, the participant grants Whats Good permission to store, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the video for marketing purposes, even if the participant later deletes or archives the post from their personal account.

5. Reward

Approved participants will receive:

One (1) $45 Whats Good digital gift card

The gift card:

• Will be issued after the submission has been reviewed and approved
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May only be used for purchases on the Whats Good website

Whats Good reserves the right to decline rewards for submissions that do not meet program requirements.

6. Submission Limits

• Limit one reward per customer.
• Multiple submissions from the same person, household, email address, or social media account may be disqualified.
• Only the first approved submission will receive the reward.

7. Content Usage Rights

By participating in this program, you grant Whats Good a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display your submitted video.

This may include use on:

• The Whats Good website
• Social media accounts
• Digital advertising
• Email marketing
• Promotional campaigns
• Other marketing materials

Whats Good may edit or adapt the video for formatting, captions, or promotional purposes while maintaining the general intent of the review.

Participants also grant Whats Good permission to display their first name, likeness, and social media username in connection with the video.

8. Authentic Reviews

Participants agree that their review reflects their honest opinions and genuine experience with the product.

Participants are encouraged to include a disclosure such as:

“Gifted by @whatsgood.world”
or
“Received a gift card from @whatsgood.world for this review.”

9. Fraud and Abuse

Whats Good reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

• Submit misleading or fraudulent content
• Attempt to claim multiple rewards
• Create multiple accounts to bypass program limits
• Manipulate or abuse the program in any way

Rewards may be withheld or revoked in cases of suspected abuse.

10. Program Modifications

Whats Good reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Video Review Program at any time without prior notice.
