Returns
Changed your mind about a product purchase? Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your products. You can contact us at whatsgoodworld.info@gmail.com to submit your return request. We will credit (not refund) the amount of your purchase towards another product or service purchase. The product must be returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Whats Good World, unless Whats Good World shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on whatsgoodworld.com. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.
Is your product defective? We will exchange a product with a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. broken pump). Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your products to place your request. You may also be required to submit proof of defects (e.g. picture). The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
